We accept returns and exchanges within 20 days of order date, for unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags attached.  No returns will be accepted after 20 days. We regret we cannot process returns for items purchased on any other website, or in retail stores.

Non-sale items will be applied to the original payment method for all accepted returns, minus any shipping costs involved.

Items purchased at discounted sale prices are not refundable.

HOW TO RETURN

E-mail sales@elizabethkay.com within 5 days upon receipt of order with the reason for return, and we will issue shipping instructions for your return.  We are unable to accept your return unless prior authorization is given.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

E-mail request to sales@elizabethkay.com within 5 days upon receipt of order, and include the item(s) you are interested in exchanging.  Any difference of price will be adjusted to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs involved.  We will ship your exchange order and confirm tracking details upon receiving your return.
